FitCoach
Workout planner, macro tracker and AI coach for iPhone

Your coach holds everything against your goal.

How your coach works

Not another app that collects numbers.

Most people already have plenty of data. What is missing is someone who holds it against your goal and tells you what to change tomorrow.

  1. Train

Your plan shows what is on today. With Apple Watch, your reps are counted along, you confirm with one tap.

  2. Say what you ate

“Chicken with rice, two eggs and a slice of bread.” Nutrition values appear by themselves.

  3. Review

Your coach sees what changes: strength, weight, recovery. And what of it works.

  4. Adjust

Plan and food target are fine-tuned. Small steps, measured against your goal.

Training

Always know what to lift next.

FitCoach suggests a starting weight for every exercise and the next weight after every set. You see your progress per exercise over weeks, with personal bests.

  • Starting weight suggested, never from zero
  • A suggestion for every set
  • Rest timer on your Lock Screen

Food

Just say what you ate.

No weighing, no searching endless lists. Speak your meal, take a photo or scan a barcode. Your food target rises on hard training days and drops on rest days.

  • Whole meals in one sentence
  • Calories, protein, carbs and fat at a glance
  • Target adapts to your real trend after about ten days

What happens to my data?

No. FitCoach supports your training and nutrition and does not replace medical advice.
